Rate Order
Deposit/Application Fee
- Deposit: $300.00
- Deposit, minus any outstanding balance, will be returned by mail 4-6 weeks after final date of service.
- New Service Application Fee: $75.00
Water Rates
Water – $33.00 for the first 1000 gallons, $6.00 per 1000 thereafter.
Sewer – $106.00 flat rate per connection.
Due to the limited capacity of our system, each platted lot is limited to 2 taps into the main (2 water and 2 sewer). Beginning August 1, 2026, every new water tap must have a sewer tap, and every new sewer tap must have a water tap. NO OUTLET CONNECTIONS ALLOWED. Existing water/sewer taps are not affected by this update..
RA tax – .005% of total bill.

Payments

- Payments are due in full by 5:00pm on the 20th of each month.
- Cash is not accepted.
- Checks, money orders, and cashier’s checks are accepted.

Late Payments
- Payments not received before 5:00pm on the 20th will have a 20% late charge added to the balance.
- In the case of non-payment, water service will be cut off 5 calendar days after posting delinquent notice.
- Any service that has been discontinued will require a deposit update to our current $300 rate before re-connecting
- There is an $80 fee for cut off and reconnection of service for any reason.
- Reinstating water cut offs may take up to 24 hours after payment is made.
- When payment is made online, customer must call office with confirmation number. We do not get automatic updates of delinquent account payments.
- If payment is made after 2:30p.m. water services will not be turned until next business day.
- Returned checks will incur a $38 fee and must be settled with cashier’s check or money order.
We do not provide solid waste (Trash) pick up. This must be privately contracted through Ameriwaste or Republic. Do not leave your trash on the curb without a provider. It will not be picked up.
Water Conservation
Inside the Home
- Wash only full loads of clothes and dishes
- Never leave water running while brushing your teeth
- Repair leaky fixtures such as faucets and toilets
Outside the Home
- Water plants and yard only when necessary
- Never water or use sprinklers during the heat of the day
- If feasible, wash the vehicle on your lawn, not in the driveway where the runoff will be lost to the sewer
