We are pleased to announce that Benry utilities is taking over our operations and billing functions. Our customers will be receiving mail outs in the near future to announce this change.
In the meantime, we are in the process of re-sanitizing and re-calibrating our water system. This process requires a minor hyperchlorination of our tank and lines, as well as extra flushing at fire hydrants. Noticing a chlorine smell in the water is normal. The amount is well within the maximum limits regulated by the Texas Comptroller for Environmental Quality (T.C.E.Q.) and is being monitored by them. You may also notice a slight discoloration in the meantime. This is also normal. We anticipate this conversion to last through the middle of November 2025.
